These works are contemplations on the nature of exteriority and interiority in defining and opening up a field of building blocks where the whole becomes greater than the part, where a bridge and an arch exist simultaneously, where their interiority and exteriority can be bound by absence in contradiction to the dominant materials’ presence. Here pictorial space, line and colour are co-existing in the making of an identity.
